Hi Jotform, I am trying to preview (https://www.jotform.com//?formID=62205435028145) but getting this error message "Form not found" / "This form is in restore mode, please try again later.". Please can you help?

Hi Alex, you haven't logged in to your account for quite some time so it was placed in a dormant status. I have now reactivated your account so your form should be working by now.
In case you're still having issues accessing your form, don't hesitate to let us know :)

I have re-activated your account. Accounts as placed in a dormant state when it is not being used. If you have any other question, please let us know.
