Email Notification: I do not recieve all the fields in the email

    Let me ask you a question why when I add a new radio buttons to the form it
    shows up on my web site but when i send the form it does not send that part
    is there anyways for you to fix this issue

    The system does not update modified email templates. The email template on your form is most likely outdated. In order to fix this issue, please re-create the Email Notification.

    1) Delete current Email Notification.

    How to Delete Notifications/Autoresponder

    2) Add a new Email Notification.

    Setting Up Email Notifications

    This will create a brand new Email Notification with your current form fields and enabled auto-update.
