Integration with Google Drive doesn't work anymore

While everything seems ok in jotform, when I send the form which is integrated with Google Drive, I can't find the form anywhere in Google Drive. I was working properly but suddenly it wasn't working anymore. The form are note transferring to Google Drive.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Can you please remove the google drive integration and add it again. This should resolve the problem.
