Is there a way to create an "affiliate" program using JotForm?

I was delighted to discover JotForm because I am working with a company called Live Portrait, and they have a system whereby a jpeg and a short video are linked.  When you use the free Live Portrait app on your smartphone to scan a photo that has been paired in their system, the video plays.  

A PRINT THAT COMES TO LIFE!  Business Cards, brochures, a conference program guide, a high school yearbook, a picture on the wall, a custom greeting card....lots of possibilities.

I just came from a huge networking conference, and the movers and shakers, i.e. THE CONSULTANTS, thought it was very cool.  A great way to spread the word.  However, they all asked "what is in it for me?"  Live Portrait is very new, and Bring Pix 2 Life is just a few weeks old.  I need to spread the word.  They suggested I set up an affiliate program.

I love the form I created with JotForm to take in money for the upload part.  How can I "share the wealth" using JotForm?
