My credit card numbers are not showing

Some of the numbers in your Credit Card details should be shown with this "#" and this is becasue collecting Credit Card number is not allowed on JotForm, it goes against our terms, you can take a look to our terms here: http://www.jotform.com/terms/ 

I have checked your account and found this form http://www.jotform.us/form/33516337077153 where you're asking for Credit Card information, please do note that you will not be able to do that, in fact you're account is currently suspended because of phishing. 

I have removed the guilty fields in order to activate your account.

Collecting Credit Card information was never allowed, replacing Credit Card numbers with "#" was recently implemented; however, you should use one of the payment integrations on the link I provided above and you should not have any issue.
