Terms & Conditions Widget: How to show all the text in the PDF report from submission?

    1. Using the Ts and Cs widget, in the pdf version sent to recipient and issuer, in the right column it shows "Accepted" but the left column is blank. I'd like it to repeat the wording on my form ie (currently) "I accept the terms and conditions of this website and all associated forms", or similar, so there is clear evidence the user has accepted. I have tried entering the text in the left column of the design wizard but that does nothing.

    2. In the inline version of the form there isn't even a row saying Accepted. Is there way of inserting one, together with the label as above ?

    Thanks

That widget will not allow you to include the text in your PDF not email notifications, we have already a widget that will allow you to do that, here is the link: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/short_scrollable_terms

You should enable the option to include the text in the email notification and PDF reports:

This way you will get a copy of what user agreed.

Regarding to your second question, it has been moved to another thread, it can be found here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/901464

We will assist you with that as soon as possible.
