Why JotForm login info not saving on Mozilla

    Having to type in my login every time now. It is not saving, only on this website. What happened?

    I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Do you mean to save the login information on the browser? If so and you are using Chrome browser, you may need to verify the Manage Passwords section on the Chrome Browser from the settings. Also, please check if you have opted not save passwords for JotForm site on the browser in this section.

    I've been using Firefox for years to log into Jotform and about two or three weeks ago something changed and my login info was no longer saved, which now requires me to type in my login info every time. No other website is having this issue, only this one as of a few weeks ago now. Nothing has changed with my browser, but it seems this began happening when you revamped your login page.
