I would like to test my form and ensure the 'gift registry' widget works and counts down the numbers as per the room allocation.

Can I put this invite in a testing situation with a few of my colleagues before sending out to the bulk audience. I would want the original room space allocation numbers on the form to remain after the testing.

Let me know if I haven't been clear.

Can you please recommend text colour and show me how to fix the code towards the end of the form where the foreground colour of the text is not clear against the background colour .

    Thanks in advance,

If I'm understanding you correctly, you want to test if the seat's availability would be reduced if selected when the form is submitted, is that correct?

Yes, you can test your form by making a test submission, you will see that the seats will be deducted when you reload the form after some submissions. Now, so you can retrieve the original room space allocation numbers, you need to delete the submissions you made during the test from the submission page of your form.
