Can I put this invite in a testing situation with a few of my colleagues before sending out to the bulk audience. I would want the original room space allocation numbers on the form to remain after the testing.

Yes, you can test your form by making a test submission, you will see that the seats will be deducted when you reload the form after some submissions. Now, so you can retrieve the original room space allocation numbers, you need to delete the submissions you made during the test from the submission page of your form.
