Notification email not being received

    Hello,

    We are not receiving the notification emails for our SITE INSPECTION REQUEST FORMS that are supposed to be sent to 'insidesales@palaceresorts.com.' We went ahead and added a new recipient email address to try it out (cgongora@palaceresorts.com) and it still didn't work. When we try the 'test email' button it says 'test email sent to insidesales@palaceresorts.com' but the recipient email is the cgongora@.

    Please take note that if you use the Test Email button, it will send the test notification to the user account's email address which is insi***ales@palac***sorts.com. You need to manually fill up the form and complete it in order to fully test if the recipients will receive it or not.

    I've checked your account and the email insi***ales@palac***sorts.com is in the bounce list.

    I went ahead and remove the email address from the bounce list. You should be able to receive the email notifications now.

    It is also a good idea to whitelist our mail servers and IP addresses. Here's the guide: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
