Google Spreadsheet Integration

    Good Morning,

    For the past couple of weeks we've noticed anonymous users within the Google Spreadsheet integration for our "CPS Driver Data Log."

    One of our employees will see the user as 'Anonymous Elephant' while another sees it as 'Anonymous Rhino' while I see it as 'Anonymous Pumpkin.' This is just an example and these names can change daily. The only consistency is 'Anonymous.'

    Is this 'Anonymous' because of the JotForm integration - such as someone who is filling out the form? The form sharing settings are set to 'specific people can access.'

    The users viewing your spreadsheet do not have anything to do with the integration.  The integration does not show up as a user viewing the sheet.  For more information on why anonymous users are shown in Google Docs, here is their guide on the topic:
