Form Builder site problems

Ever since revisions were made to the site, I can't move or insert fields or widgets. When I press and hold the left click mouse button and try to insert, drag a field up, down, or over, it creates the blue highlight as if I am copying. I have tried on two different computers and used 3 different mouses and I have the same problem. 

I checked several different browsers and I am unable to reproduce the drag and drop issue on the form builder. If you wouldn't mind letting us know which web browser and version this is occurring with, we will be happy to take a look.  It should not be a problem with the mouse.  Possible try a different web browser than you are currently using.  Chrome and FireFox tend to work best.
