I wish to make a second field required if its field is entered so if anything is in A then complete B.
How do I set the Any field I tried * but did not work, or do I need to write a condition for each letter of alphabet .

Is this the form you are working on http://www.jotformeu.com/form/40204572065345?
I have inspected conditions inside of that form and you have two Enable/require field conditions, that are the same, for field Specimen 2.
If you want to do the same for Specimen 3 and Specimen 4, you will need to set conditions for those fields as well. You can also use Require Multiple option. On my cloned form I have set conditions for fields Specimen 3 and Specimen 4.
Here is my form: https://form.jotform.com/62215372222950
Feel free to test it and clone it.
I also noticed that you have text field on your form where you are notifying your users to resubmit your form if they have more items.
We have a widget that allows users to dynamically add more rows with same fields. This widget is Configurable list widget.
With this widget you users would be able to add more that 4 items on a single form.
Here is my demo form: https://form.jotform.com/62215294057959
Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
