For some reason I have stopped receiving notification emails for 2 of my forms! I have lost LOTS of leads as a results
The notifications seem to be set up fine...
These are the 2 forms in question:

I checked our email logs for the addresses in your form and they have indeed been failing. It looks like your addresses were rejecting the emails as spam. When enough were rejected, it resulted in your addresses being placed on our bounce list to prevent further rejected emails.
I removed your addresses from the list and the notifications should attempt to send once again. For more information on how to prevent this from happening again in the future, please see the following guide:

Ok, would it not a good idea to let your paying clients know when this happens?
If my email address was not receiving notifications for one these 2 forms, how come I have been receiving notifications from other forms?

There exist many reason why an email is placed in the bounce list, Most if not all are rejected by the users email server and we do not have any way to manage that.
At the moment we do not have any way knowing when it is placed there unless we manually check the list.
As my colleague indicate you can always remove it from your ACCOUNT->SETTING->BOUNCE LIST page.
