I have a credit card authorization form on my website and in the past I was able to see the entire number by clicking on the form in the Inbox. Now the field for the credit card number is hidding 8 of the 16 digits.

It is against our terms of use to collect credit card number on plain text field. We have scanned all of our database and replaced part of the CC numbers with # hash symbols.

Card number, expiration date, security codes and card holder name are considered critical information and cannot be collected on plain text fields. The only services allowed to collect such data are those that are DSS/PCI certified.

I also noticed that your account is autosuspended by our phishing system, because of your credit card form. I saw that you removed credit card fields from your form. I have also removed name on the card field from your form and I have activated your account.

Please do not create forms that are against our terms of use or your account will be suspended again and we will not be able to activate it.

If you want to have payment fields inside of your form you have to use one of JotForm payment tools.
