Form Submissions Not being recorded

The Form Submissions aren't being recorded in the admin panel. They are going through on PayPal but no form submissions begin recorded in the back end.

To assist you better can you please indicate if you have embedded the form in your web page and what method you used to embed the form.

If you have, can you provide the URL of your page where the form is embedded.

Its not being embedded. Thats the form they are using. It goes through paypal but never in the admin panel. All Forms I make now do this.

I checked your payment forms and I can see they have incomplete submission payments.
