I need to pay my jotform, but appears the message 'the translation failled'. My credit card is international, what's the problem?

I'm not sure if I'm understanding the issue properly since I don't understand the information in the screenshot. But most probably, you will need to contact your card-issuing bank regarding the failed transaction of your card. Or perhaps, there is an integration error in your Paypal account and your credit card information that's why it's not processing properly.
Have you tried selecting credit card payment method in the options instead of Paypal?
