My account is suspended. Please help.

    I see your account is suspended since your most of your forms are having the field password. Please be noted that it is not allowed to create login forms or collect sensitive information like Credit card numbers, etc through JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts are automatically suspended. Please refer to our Terms of usage for more information on phishing.

    It is required to change the term password on your forms to avoid the suspension on the account again. Let us know once you change the terms so that we can activate your account.
