Why I'm not receiving submissions to my email address?

This isn't the first time I've not received forms. Y'all fixed it for each form, but this is a new one. Please help! Thank you in advance for your assistance. Catlyn

I'm assuming that you're referring to receiving submissions to your email. I checked our logs and I see that your email is in our Bounce list, and the reason is below:

Reason(s) : 554 Denied [03213475.0.704159.00-2359.1257332.p02c11m004.{mxN}.net] (Mode: normal).

I removed your email from our bounce list, but please check this guide, if you didn't, on how to prevent such issues. Also, try whitelisting our domains with your provider.
