Account is autosuspended

    Hi, I've occured same problem, I just made a form on free theme and when I published it it said form not found, now I sign out and logged again but it found error AUTOSUSPENDED.

    Please help

    I recommend deleting and removing this form and other similar forms on your account before we can request for the re-activation of your account.
