How to change the name of PDF attached to my notification email?

    Good Afternoon,

    Is there a way for me to change the name of the pdf attachment for it to be one of the form fields? I would like for it to be the persons name, of whom submitted the form.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the name of that file, it is submission ID by default. What I can suggest is using Google Drive Integration, since you can specify the folder where your submissions will go, but again, you will not be able to change the actual PDF's name.
