A customer called to let me know that my form, https://secure.jotform.com/form/20081142467 shows that is it no longer available. This is the form customers fill out to go to PayPal to pay for my classes. I am out of business for now. Of course, i cannot call anyone to get help and just have to sit and wait for someone to e-mail me back. This is the third time this has happened and I am very displeased with your lack of service
