Why is my form no longer available?

    A customer called to let me know that my form, https://secure.jotform.com/form/20081142467 shows that is it no longer available.  This is the form customers fill out to go to PayPal to pay for my classes.  I am out of business for now. Of course, i cannot call anyone to get help and just have to sit and wait for someone to e-mail me back.  This is the third time this has happened and I am very displeased with your lack of service

    I can see you have updated it today, it is shown on your account history: 

    You can also check your account log history by following this guide: How-to-View-Your-Account-Activity-Logs

    You should be able to enable your form again by following the next guide: 

    How-to-enable-disable-a-form

    The form will start to be available to submit as soon as you enable it.
