I'm having trouble with my account.

    I currently have a $90 per year plan, and the forms I'm receiving from customers show their information blotted out (###) so I'm not sure if this is because I'm only allowed so many payments, or what.

    Can someone please contact me back, so I can either fix this, upgrade if necessary, or find another form resource?

    Collecting credit card information is a violation of Jotform's terms, and as such, we have blocked the credit card numbers in forms that are collecting these information by replacing them with hash symbols (#).

    If you want to collect credit card information without charging it, you will need to use one of our available payment integrations such as Paypal, Stripe, or Authorize.Net. You can check out this guide on How to Enable Payment Authorization.
