Can we set up a log in to customers before they use our forms in jot forms

Do you mean to create separate logins for each user to submit the form? Unfortunately, it is not possible to create logins with JotForm. Creating login forms is against our terms of usage and such forms are considered as phishing forms. Any accounts associated with such forms are suspended automatically.
