Did you try the email auto-responder using the "Test Email" button on the email wizard?
Please try testing the email with a real submission, if you use the test email button it will send basic test email.
By the way, you do not currently have an email auto-responder in your form, please test your form with a real submission and let us know if images are still not loading.
