Hello, I created a form and it says disabled.  What I am needing is for the person to enter in their credit card info but I do not want to accept a payment on there.  I have to reenter their credit card info into my product website.  How do I need to do this?

Your account was auto-suspended due to asking credit card information with plain text on your form.

Unfortunately, as a part of PCI DSS certification, we're deleting credit card information which was added with plain text.

Please note that asking credit card information is not possible with plain text and asking credit card information with plain text which is against our terms of use. I've deleted those fields and  I've re-activated your account. If you want to create payment form you need to create our Payment tools to ask payments.
