    Urgent For Italian Tech

Asked by transferCS on April 06, 2012 at 03:56 AM

    Ciao Alessandro,

    Fammi sapere

sopratutto perche' non arrivano le form

    Hi Gabriele,

In behalf of my collegue, Italytech which I think not currently around, I would like to answer your query. The problem of your form is due to a conflicting codes. I believe wordpress contains scripts and other jquery codes that might affect JotForm's form. This is the reason why your form doesn't behave well. However, there's one possible solution for this and this is embedding your form using iFrame Code.

I have checked your codes and you are actually doing it right, but you just need to reduce your iframe height (iframe height can be found on your iframe code) . Currently, you had 1500px height which is the total height of your form and isn't correct. Maybe changing it to 890px should atleast reduce the white gap below your form.

Hope this information helps. Let us know if you have any further questions. Thanks for using JotForm!

Also, the link of the Booking Form on your website isn't right. It should be: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/20924491269964  not http://form.jotformpro.com/jsform/20924491269964, without js

    Check this:

"If there are malfunctions and / or display of the booking form please click here: Booking Form."

    Hope this helps. Thanks!

    ---------- Initial Header -----------
Thanks forma tour prompt replay but i think if i reduce Px doesn't work because the rest of the form is bigger. The wp script instead adjust its height TO the page but give me problems off visualization.

    Hello Gabriele,

Unfortunately because of the existing javascript you are using on your webpage, embedding the form with an iFrame is your only real option; i know the 'blank space' under the form isnt ideal but I honestly feel a potential customer won't think too much about that issue.

You seem to refer to a couple of other issues in your original post, care to explain those in English? to see if we can deal with them in Alessandro's absence.
