How to make required filed error message to not push the form downward

Hi, how do I fix if you lets say click in the fields and don't fill them out and then the red required message doesn't push the form downward? Screenshot below: Also you see how some rose filed around the fields appear when you don't fill them? I want to eliminate all of it. Thank you
