For some reason since last week every form thats filled out on this page (http://www.fpmailing.co.uk/op-dc.html) comes up in the incomplete payment field.
The from has not changed so i dont understand why its all of a sudden starting to flag it up.
Please could you let me know the reason its getting flagged up as incomplete?

Sometimes the user can submit the form correctly, However he/she can close the window after redirecting the PayPal page. At that situation, the submission remains as Incomplete.

We are using worldpay and we are getting the form on worldpay but its not coming to us by email via Jotform.
So whoever fills the form out is doing it right but for some reason since last week it keeps getting put into the incomplete Payment field.
Dont understand how it was working fine and now its everyone that fills out that from from Thursday last week ends up in the incomplete Payment field?
Could it be an issue with a update?

I have just checked your account and forms, and I am not able to see any issue in the configurations of the form.
I would request you, can you please confirm you are getting all the submissions into Incomplete Payment or only few submissions are going into incomplete Payment. Thanks

We've made some changes on our side that should resolve the problem.
Could you please try to submit your form again?
