Sorry to be thick buy I don't understand the lingo on your pricing page.

    For the free service:

    1.  1000 monthly form views - Does that mean the form can only be viewed from our website 1000 times a month, then it is taken down?  We are considering creating a form that will probably be viewed several times before it is submitted.

    2.  500 total submission storage - is that per month?

    Hello Melinda,

First of all, thank you for contacting us. As a free user, you have 1000 Form views limit per month. When you embed your form to your website and viewed by somebody, the counter will increase each time when your form is loaded. The counter will reset at the beginning of each month. Once you reach the monthly limit, you don't receive more submissions until next month.

Please check the guide below for more information about form view limit:

I am sorry to say that it is not referring the monthly submissions. As a free user, you can store 500 total submissions. If you reach your limit you need to delete some submissions in order to free up your submission storage. Otherwise, your forms will be disabled. Users will not be able to submit your form. However, if you want to continue as a free user and store your submissions you can upgrade the storage plan. Please, check our pricing plan for more information. If you have any question or issues, please do not hesitate contacting us. We will be glad to assist you.
