In a matrix field how do I make the text boxes bigger?

    In my form AFP International 2017 Committee Sign-Up Form I have a matrix question.  I would like to make the text boxes under the column named Name of Committee larger.  Is there a way to do this?

    Thanks,

    Heba

    If you inject below css code, your issue will be solved. Please note that you can arrange px value according  to how large you want.

    #input_179_0_0,#input_179_1_0,#input_179_2_0,#input_179_0_1,#input_179_1_1,#input_179_2_1 {    width : 200px !important;

    }

    The code can be added to the Custom CSS section of your form preferences.  Here is our guide on where it is located:

    Is there a way to have the Name of Committee column be longer and the Previously Served column shorter?

    I edited the coding and now the whole page is off center and the columns are not how they look in editing.

    I have just reviewed your form and see that you have already managed to resize the text field in the different columns.

    Yes, but it's not showing up as centered on the page or in publish mode

    Very odd, it is showing as centered in publish mode and in each web browser I checked:

    Though it does look like the widths have been made smaller.

    Hi David,

    The attached picture shows what I am seeing on my screen.  The fields are the correct size on my screen on the back-end, although the screen itself is off center.  In a matrix field how do I make the text boxes bigger? Image 1 Screenshot 20

    It looks as though there is an extra comma in the second part of your code:

    Remove this comma and the form should center once again.

    We do not have a Matrix that will allow for multiple field types.  We do, however, have a widget that will allow for multiple field types and expanding to extra sets of rows.  That is our configurable list widget:
