Dormant account: "This form is in restore mode" error when accessing forms

    My form is in restore mode: "Form not found. This form is in restore mode, please try again later."

    I tried later, with the same response. How can I preview the form?

    Sorry about this, it seems you haven't logged into your JotForm account in a long time and your account was set to "dormant" status.

    It should normally get out of dormant status as soon as one of your forms is loaded, so the error goes away upon reloading the form. As this did not happen correctly in your account, I have forwarded it to our developers as a bug report.

    In the meantime until our developers take a look at why your account got stuck in dormant status, I have manually reactivated it. Your forms should be accessible again.
