You can easily publish the form to your website. You just need to get the embed code of the form and then paste it in your website. Here's a guide:

    1. In the Form Builder, click the "Publish" button.

    2. Go to "Embed" tab and make sure you select the "Embed" from the Embed Options drop down menu.

    3. Copy the code and paste it in your website.

    Hope that helps. Thank you.

What website are you trying to embed it on?

Have you tried embedding your form with the iframe code? That might work if the script isn't working for you.

If that doesn't work then can you provide us with a link for the webpage on your website that you are trying to add it?

This will help so we can investigate and help you more if needed.
