How to get back my form's original settings

i`m looking for some help.. my 2 x forms has lost some layout settings and i need to get my original versions. have tried using the revision method but its not working.. how can i get back my original versions from a few days back

Unfortunately , the only method to restore your form to a previous version, it's through the Form Revision History tool: https://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-view-form-revision-history

If the version you are looking for it's not saved there, then it won't be possible to restored.

thanks for your help Boris... It`s not the actual form that i`have lost but the page settings as in width etc.. of 2 x forms which are:

can you please also help me i need to remove the background colour behind the form (not the form grey colour, but behind the form which is dark grey colour) to a clear and transparent colour..

Upon taking a look at your form revision history for both forms 60173718696364 and 60932770481862, I see that two hours ago they were set to have a width of 1235 pixels. At this moment, however, they are set to have a width of 1155 pixels.

You can change your form's width either by reverting it through the form revision history, or by setting up a new desired width through Preferences > Form Styles > Form Width:
