Adobe eSign widget: Suggestions on how to make users click the submit the form after signing

I have the Adobe sign widget in a form. After people complete the signing process that they think they are done and do not press the submit button at the bottom of form. I have it written in large letters that they need to press the submit button after they complete the signing process, but they seem to be confused and still do not press it. Any suggestions on how to overcome this..

I'm afraid this is something that is beyond your (or our) control. Your form already has a nice way of properly informing and educating your users to submit the form after signing the document:

I'll be listing down some suggestions that I can think of to further educate your users:

1. Use an eye-catching background image for your submit button. Although the size and color of your current Submit button is more than enough IMO, perhaps you can get your user's attention more by using an image.

2. Add another checkbox below your terms that will reiterate this same idea "Please select blue Sign With Adobe eSign Button to sign document and after that is completed, click on the red SUBMIT button at the bottom of the form to complete."

3. Or you could use an alternative signature method instead of Adobe eSign http://widgets.jotform.com/search/signature

I would recommend you try the e-Signature and Smooth Signature widgets since these widgets don't require any popups/modals (it's included right in the form)

Thanks so much for your quick reply. Even with the instructions spelled out, 8 out of 10 people did not hit the submit button after completing the signature. The other 2 ssigning options you recomeended are not leagally binding.
