Why am I getting the warning message "You're almost out of space. Upgrade now"?

I have a free account and I understand from your guidance that you can have up to 100 submissions a month with this, 500 in total. I have only had 6 submissions in August so far yet I'm getting the warning message that I'm running out of space. Is this just a promotional message? I'm worried my registration form will stop working before I get to 100! I will only receive a maximum of 60 submissions.

Than you for contacting us. After reviewing your form. I see that it is associated to a guest account. This accounts are very limited and is the reason for the warning. I recommend you create a Free account with us. This will allow you to receive 100 submission per month and be able to store a total of 500 in our servers.
