Last year my form had a PayPal integration. I am updating it and there is no integration shown as checked so when I went to add PayPal integration it said one existed already and needed to be removed.
This may be because your integration offering changed, but I can't see what is attached and hav eno option to detach it.

If you have left the PayPal form before in your form you will have to integrate the old payment form again, or delete it before creating a new integration.
To edit the PayPal form integration please follow this guide:
By clicking on the settings button you will get to the edit wizard for the Paypal integration.
Could you please provide the link to the form where you are experiencing this issue so we can also check what seems to be the problem?

If you want to update the product items, just run the configuration. Click the "Wand" icon in the Paypal field. Please check the below image:
Now, if you want to change the email address, simply click the Gear icon on top-right corner (red arrow in the image below). If you want to edit the product properties or delete it, simply hover your mouse over the item and click the pencil (edit) or gear icon (to delete):
