Upgrading guest account to free account

    I have a guest account and I have set up and issued a registration form attached to this.

    I have been advised that the guest account is very limited and I should create a free account. How can I create a free account and still keep the registration form I've sent out a link to and also the responses I've already received to this?

    I understand that you are still under the Guest account. I can also see that you only have 1 form (http://www.jotformeu.com/form/62134089907359).

    You are correct, signing up for a registered account allows you to manage your forms properly. 

    Please use the same email address when your signing up for a JotForm account. In this way, all forms that you created will be transferred to your registered account automatically. The submissions are included as well. Here's the link for the Sign Up page: https://www.jotform.com/signup

    If the form didn't transferred automatically, let us know so that we can manually transfer it.
