Autoresponder: Attachments not being send to email

    The response by Jotform developer shows how to have teh sender get a pdf of their submitted information.  My issue is with attaching documents for them to receive with their 'thank you' email. 

    There is an option to attach a separate pdf (not of their response) but additional information the person submitting the information may need to receive.  I have attached pdfs, Word documents, and even jpeg images and everyone of them comes up not able to open when the recipient gets the email.

    Are you indicating that the attachments in the autoresponder are not being received properly in the emails?

    I have added a file in the ATTACH A FILE in the autoresponder and was able to receive it in my email with no problems.

    I have also experienced the same problem.

    I'm trying to attach a PDF map with the thank you e-mail and have followed the instructions on attaching the file but nothing shows up on the receiving end.
