    Muchas Gracias!

First off, I would suggest you to avoid asking for passwords os such, since it is not allowed at JotForm and although you're not trying to hack your form will be cataloged as phishing as it goes against our Terms of Use

Now, regarding to your question, you can do it indeed, I would suggest you to add a field at the top of your form, but avoid naming it like "password", "access code" or other similar words.

You cannot generate random values or passwords in the Form Builder, but you can set one code and give it to who you need to get access to the form.

You will need to use conditions to show the fields if the code entered is correct, here is a guide that will help you with more details about showing/hiding fields based on other answers: How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer
