When I save my form on the JofForm site, I am NOT offered a option to specify where the form is to be mailed to.
The video tutorial says that when you click "Save," you will be asked to enter the desired email address to send the form to.
I do NOT get this option, therefore, I have no idea where my forms are going when I click the "Submit" button.
What am I doing wrong?

If you want to be notified when someones fills out the form, you will need to setup Notification.
To do this simply go to:
Setup & Embed > Email Alerts > Add New Email > Notification
Now if you wish to check the details of the submission, you simply need to go to:
My Forms > Click the desired Form >Submissions
