I assume that this is happening when subscription is selected and when credit card details are entered. Considering that can not make actual submission with correct credit card details I have tested your form with test credit card and once I submitted your form error message Error on transaction "Credit Card Number is invalid." I have also tested your form without selecting subscription. Once I submitted the form i got redirected to Thank you page.
I have also cloned your form and texted my cloned form in sandbox mode, but I was not able to replicate mentioned issue.
Can you please test your form again? If the same issue still persist, please provide us more details how to replicate mentioned issue.
