Some fields are missinf the notification email of the summer camp registration form

    The summer camp registration form that is filled out by customer accurately. However, when it is emailed to me, the information (siblings) portion is missing.

    How can I get an absolute accurate registration form emailed to me.....


    When i go to my account the registration form there is accurate. But I have no intention of going to to access these files. I feel like the ones emailed to my office assistant should be thorough. I am attaching a file that illustrates this. The example is:


    siblings name and sex is not shown on this form. however, when i pull up the file from jot the information is complete. this mom has paid for two kids. brother and sister.  however on my email version (sent to me by jotform--only one child;s name appears.

    We apologise for any inconvencies caused by this issue. I will try to assist you, One of the most common and most probable cause of this problem is the inability of your browser to pass changes to the Form Builder's notification email setup.

    This issue does not happen all the time, although when it happens, it is very easily fixed. What you need to do is to delete your email notifications and create a new one. That way, your new notification email will reflect all the fields and the changes you made with your form.

    You can also try to mark the fields 'required', this compels users to fill them before the forms can be submitted.  

    The icon for the required field tool activation should look like this image below:
