Require to calculate value of fields

    I have another problem.

I found this widget, but I need to calculate: total amount - deposit amount. So it will not go over the maximum amount in the fields. How can I do this, because I need the multi-fields, but I also need to calculate the fields.

Right now I just use the

    Configurable list

But can I do it without the list. I am only using it since I can't do it inside jotform.

In the list, I want to calculate fields, but I can't. So what can I do.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make calculations inside the Configurable List widget

If you need to make calculations, you will need to re-create your list as plain form fields like the text boxes, drop down fields, radio buttons and the likes.

Here are some guides to help you on how to make calculations on your form:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/259-How-to-Perform-Calculation-in-the-Form

    https://www.jotform.com/help/268-How-to-Insert-Text-or-Mathematical-Calculation-into-a-Field-Using-Conditional-Logic

    I hope that helps.

But how to I still get the line, with all the fields. It is useless if it is on a single line only.

To have multiple fields in the same row, you can shrink the width of the field.

    Form field positioning

I am not fully understanding what you would like to accomplish with your formula. Can you please elaborate a bit more on the fields that are involved and the exact formula. We will be glad to help adjust all the fields properly. So all the fields are in the same row and have the calculation work as well.

So how can I get same fields and look the same. (Remember I need an option to add the same line again)

If I'm understanding your concern correctly, you would like to have the fields to work like the configurable list widget, wherein if you click or trigger something it will show the next set of fields having the same field question, is that correct?

This can be done using conditions logics. However, please be informed that this would mean you will have to add all the fields manually to your form. Also, the "add button" is not available, so we will have to use either the checkbox field or the radio button field.

    Here's a sample form: https://form.jotform.com/62236684480965

Below is how it is done:

    1. Add the fields

The guide mentioned by my colleague, Victor, above would really come handy.

    Form-field-positioning

I would also suggest you to check this guide:

    The-importance-of-form-widths

Note:: You can use the duplicate option of the fields under Manage Multiple Fields so you can easily add the same fields to your form. Please take note that you will not need to add the last "Add extra Milestone" radio field.

    1. Create the condition.

Note: You will only need to use the Show/Hide Field conditional logic to make this work.

Then, it would be better if use its "Show Multiple" option.

I hope this helps. If, in any case, I misunderstood your concern, please feel free to let us know. Thank you.

Oki, no ideal working, for my project if I need 50 milestones, I need 200 extra fields, and I need to set a max for 50 milestones. I will have to test, if calculations will work now.
