I sent an email last week asking why I am getting "Upload Error" on a form - never got an answer. PLEASE HELP!

If you have made changes on your FTP account such as the password, it's possible that that's the cause of the error. Please try to remove and reintegrate your FTP settings on your form's submissions page.
On your My Forms page, click the form and then on top of the tool bar, press the Submissions button
Then on the next page, click the gear icon on the upper right. and you will find the options for your FTP settings

AWESOME - problem solved! Just curious, though - I've made no changes to my FTP account, so do you have any idea what may have caused this? I have just turned that feature off for the time being, as I need the orders to get through...

Glad to hear that it is now fixed. We currently don't have reported issues about this problem. It is possible that the issue is within your FTP service provider.
