My form is disabled after doing small changes to the same

I'm a new free user, just experimenting on my 2nd form and I can't preview it. It says it's disabled. I've been trying different Forms Creators and so far I was liking this one the best until this happened. Can you help me?

Apologies for the inconvenience. It appears that your account was auto-suspended by our phishing detector. This phishing detector checks forms for fields that collect login credentials (passwords) and credit card information and other sensitive information.

However, I checked your forms and they don't violate any of jotform's terms. With that in mind, I have now reactivated your account. Please refrain from adding any fields that are prohibited to avoid getting autosuspended again.

You should now be able to use your forms successfully. Cheers.

Thank you but I have to use Paypal integration. Is that the "credit card information" you're talking about? I'm not asking for anyone's passwords for anything either. I have read the terms and I'm not sure what this form, which will be similar to 6 more that I need to develop, would have that would be prohibited. Could you explain?

Sorry for the confusion. I understand that you are using Paypal payment field in your form. Using our Payment Fields such as Paypal to process payment is fine. What we mean on collecting  "credit card information" is by manually adding a field in your form for Credit Card fields (without using our Payment Integration).  For example, you add a regular Textbox field to collect Credit Card number from your user.

Ok, thank you. So what about my form did your phishing detector flag? Other then asking for a birth date, which we need to have, I can't see the reason. Will this shut me down each time for the other 6 forms that I have to create? I'm on a deadline and I'd really like to upgrade my account because I think I may stay with Jotform.

This can sometimes happen due to the exact wording or some specific activity that was detected at a time. For example, if you had copy pasted a lot of text from Word, it would contain some hidden code that you do not see and could suggest that you were trying to do something else.

For example, if you copy paste to notepad first and then to form or forum, or other places where formatting is supported, you would paste text, otherwise if you copy it from application such as Word and paste it will contain the code for formatting.

I presume that this is what happened for you, and in general it should not happen if you are not breaking any terms of use.

If it does happen again by some chance, just let us know and we would be happy to assist with the same.
