Are you referring to the conditions in this form: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/62218768650967?
I checked the current conditions there and it seems that the condition is referring to the same fields. The only difference is that one shows the field if answer is "Yes" while the other hides it if "No". Each condition should not be affected when you make changes to the other.
I tried to change one of the conditions but I did not encounter the issue that you are referring to. The other condition was not affected when I modified the first condition, and vice versa.
Can you please provide us with steps on how we can replicate it on our end? I will wait for your response.

educationalexcursionsReplied on August 11, 2016 at 9:46 PMHi there,
Thanks for your help. What I'm trying to do is have the 2 boxes below
hidden, unless "yes" is selected for the questions which precede them. When
I make this happen for one it seems that the conditions of another field
changes. Is it possible for you to change these 2 as described above?
Many thanks,
Bruce

I added conditions for the fields that you have specified and I didn't encounter any issues. The other conditions did not change when I added another.
Please note that you do not need to set two conditions for Yes and No answers. All you need is one condition for the field and if the condition is not met, then it will do the opposite.
In my condition above, I only added an "If Yes" condition for the two questions. So if the answer is Yes, then the text area will be shown. Doing the opposite and answering "No" will automatically hide the text area.
You can check out the cloned version of your form here: https://form.jotform.com/62238837323963
You can also clone it to your account to see how I set it up.Regards.

Hello Bruce. We recommend opening new threads for each concern. Since your latest concern refers to the labels in the text area and not the conditions, I have moved your question to its own thread. You can visit that new thread by following this link: https://www.jotform.com/answers/906224. Thank you.
