    Hi,

I've been spending some time making edits to an existing form - I saved frequently and a lot as I made the changes but now that I'm done, the form has reverted back to the pre-edit state, causing me to lose all the work I did. What is that all about? :(

    Regards,
    Zafar Iqbal

I found "Revision History" and can not only see what I did but also revert back as well. I have no idea why all of the sudden the form reverted back to the pre-edit state. Anyhow, I've got my changes back now - so, problem solved, yey!

I am glad to know that the issue has been resolved. If you have the form builder for the same form opened on two tabs or browsers, then you may encounter some issues where the changes you made are not being saved due to different version being opened on another tab. To avoid this, we recommend having the form builder of each form only opened on a single tab. If that is not the case for you, then it may just be a temporary glitch. Nevertheless, you can indeed use the Form Revision History feature to revert your forms to a previous version.

If you have further concerns, please let us know.
    Regards.

I think that is exactly what may have happened. The form builder on Firefox doesn't work well and I had it left opened when I opened Chrome wher the builder works much much better. The last thing I closed, was the tab in Firefox. I think this makes perfect sense and I'll make sure not to have the builder open in multiple tabs/browsers anymore :P
