I cleared down our forms as advised last week and all of our storage went to green now its filled up again and lots of clone docs have appeared as well as one entitled application to be my wife.
Please help as it's starting to affect our business.

It seems you almost reach your submission limit. To solve that issue, you need to upgrade your account.
As a free user, you have 100 submissions limit and 100 MB upload space limit. It seems you've used 95 submissions of 100 submissions and 96.13MB of 100MB. To solve that issue, I suggest you upgrading your account back.

I was using JotForm a few minutes ago and it was ok.
Then suddenly I got the same over limit message.

When was this announced to the users, Beril? Was there an email broadcast?
