I can't seem to figure out how to downgrade my account from Premium back to the Free level. When I click on Cancel, the form that pops up next doesn't accept my username and password.
Help! Thanks. Scott

I have now cancelled your subscription for you. You will not be charged again. Your account will remain Premium until the paid period expires which is on April 24, 2012.
Your forms and data will not be affected in any way when your account downgraded to a free one.
