I have a section on my jotform where unique numbers are entered and they are coming through with ###
How can this be fixed?

I presume you are referring to this form https://form.jotform.com/33024016926952?
I cannot seem to find a "unique number" field? However, please note that we DO NOT allow forms asking or collecting sensitive information, this is a violation of our terms of use. Sensitive information includes login credentials, passwords, credit card details, bank information and the likes.
In your form, you are asking for credit card details:
Our developers have implemented an anti-Phishing system that changes the credit card number on submissions to "#" character. Because we do not allow collection or storage of those information in our service.
If you are asking for payments from your users, it is a MUST to use our payment integrations. Here are the guides how you can setup payment/order form in your end:
https://www.jotform.com/help/47-Order-Form-Basics
http://www.jotform.com/help/49-Order-Form-Types
https://www.jotform.com/help/165-Setting-Up-Your-First-Order-Form
If you do not want to charge your users immediately, then you can enable the "Authorization Only" option, here's a guide for that: https://www.jotform.com/help/292-How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization
Now please do REMOVE the form fields that ask for sensitive information in all of your forms and avoid creating similar forms in the future, I strongly suggest reading our terms of use page carefully to avoid any violation, violation of our terms will most likely lead to account suspension, worst case scenario would be a possible ban.
We will wait for your response.
